It was a perfectly pleasant stay in the nice enough area. Our room was reasonably priced and tidy. Again, the hotel was not too far away from lamex stadium. Breakfast was hot and fine with a good choice of options.

The staff was welcoming, the restaurant was modern. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals. Brilliant location to Venue. Clean hotel and terrific service. It was a very enjoyable experience overall.
Everything was fine except the room that definetly should be cleaned.

Fantastic staff and location, as every detail there. I loved having a safe, an iron and an electronic key card. Nice reception. The hotel was an enjoyable base for enjoying a pretty nice area.

We really enjoyed almost every detail: fab location, friendly attentive staff. Stayed in usual superior queen room with free WiFi access, a shower, good bathroom. The beach was clean. Had strong coffee and tea in the poolside bar.

The place was fairly clean and staff was accommodating. I ordered an English breakfast, it was tasty. Also, I loved how beautiful the location was. Besides, you could visit Knebworth House.

Stayed here before, really enjoyed staff and rooms. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. The restaurant was nice, I tried warm dishes.
Tbh, internet connection was weak and the bathroom was cold.

Cheerful staff, best possible location, cozy beds. Absolutely fabulous & warm rooms. Breakfast was traditional and cereal, eggs and cheese were available. Easy walk to the wonderful beach. Complementary tea and coffee in the main bar, easy free parking place.

Suitable place for exploring Stevenage. The superior premium twin room suited us: it had a mini bar fridge, flat-screen television and iPod docking station. They provided excellent service too. 20 mins walk to the centre.

A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Costa Coffee that was only 20 minutes' walk away. Located within a walk to Koi Pond, which is about 800 metres away. A chilled-out base for exploring Stevenage.
